Get Living is a partnership of Qatari, British and Dutch investors, known as QDD. Get Living won a competitive tender process to buy the East Village which housed 17,000 Olympians during London 2012. 

In 2016 they announced a second city location at Elephant and Castle offering a further 400 homes for rent. In March 2017 they added plans for more than 600 homes in the Merchant City area of Glasgow. They are growing, and fast.

Get Living is breaking new ground in the rental industry. Great for the market, but a challenge for their finance team. Requirements from their forecasting model were out of the ordinary and unconventional. Their solution had to be equally innovative.
