Some people thrive in chaos. Finance departments do not. They need a plan, a back-up plan, and a back-up plan for the back-up plan. When a CFO walks into a building, they've already surveyed the street, studied the plans, and located the exits. When COVID hit, they checked their cashflow, pivoted their forecasting, and dramatically reduced costs. CFO's have been planning for 2021 since March 2020.

The first virtual Lunch & Learn event was a chance for us to meet other finance professionals and find out the mountains they have had to climb this year.
